POLITICS - Is Gordon Brown's economic mess-up driving Tory Councillors to seek alternative funding?

Colin Ross, a Liberal campaigner, has posted about a pair of married (to each other) Tory councillors in Wolverhampton, David Bourne (illustrated right) and Carol Bourne (illustrated below; pictures from the council's website) who are alleged to be running some sort of escorting/sex sideline, according to a Sunday Mirror article. The Stirrer also covers this story.

There are the usual swipes at Tory morals proliferating across the web, but perhaps we should consider this: rather than a commentary on the morals of councillors (of whatever political persuasion), it could in fact be taken as a damnable report on the side-effects of Gordon Brown running the British economy into the ground so, that ordinary people are being driven to consider other ways of making money that may be outside the scope of mainstream morality.

And pre-empting cheeky comments from a regular reader of this blog, no, I don't know if she's 'fit' or not, and also no, it's not a line of work I'd consider. (Addendum: I've found a picture of her; you decide if you think she's 'fit' or not.) I think she's a minger

But to sum up:

Under Gordon Brown and Labour, you're screwed.

Under a Tory, you're also screwed, but you'll pay far less for it, and you might just enjoy it.
