As it is Good Friday, the day we commemorate our saviour Jesus Christ taking up the cross. It's only right to have a bit of solemn music to reflect this.
Here the church bells are silenced on GHood Friday and will not ring again till about 7 am today [Easter Sunday]. Then all 100 churches ring their bellls!
Quick correction there Damon. I think you will find that Good Friday has nothing to do with this Jesus gezer you speak of and everything to do with lots and lots of Easter eggs.

Welshcakes - I'm informed that everything, TV and radio, shuts down at 3pm on the Friday. That's perhaps going a bit further than Sicily (literally!)
