As a bit of an extra musical piece for you this week, my dear blog-reader, I'd like to post here the song which has most impressed me and I'd be backing to win (if I were watching tonight; sadly I'll probably be into a pint of Tetley's bitter at that point, well away from any television).
It's the Estonian entry, by Urban Symphony: Rändajad (Travelers). I was going to back Chiara of Malta until I heard this amazing tune, and I think it's brilliant with its ethereal haunting qualities. It just grabs your attention from the trilled [r] at the conclusion of the very first syllable, and they've got the look just right too.
Vote for ESTONIA tonight!
